Why Boudoir?

Where Are you located?

I have no idea how to pose or "act sexy" will you help?

We are all gorgeous, unique and sexy AF so there is no time like the present to celebrate YOU! A Boudoir experience is a fun and liberating and will leave you feeling both sexy and empowered. Whether you want to to celebrate a milestone, get your confidence back, do this as a gift for your significant other, cross it off the bucket list or just want to feel like a true BAD B*TCH, there is no time like the present to look fear and the face and have a boudoir shoot. Whether the session is with me or another photographer, this is something that EVERY WOMAN should experience!

My studio is located in Northern Virginia and I proudly serve the DC Metro Area and beyond!

You need to have ZERO experience in “acting sexy” or posing. Although the women in my photos look like supermodels, they are all REAL WOMEN, just like you! I will help pose you from head to toe, I walk you through every pose by showing you first and I even help with your facial expressions! I will show you images on the back of my camera as we are shooting so that you can see that you are killing it!! Most of my clients walk in the studio feeling somewhat nervous but I promise you, all of my clients leave feeling EMPOWERED AF! 

What do i wear?

After you book a session, I will send you a welcome email which includes both a Boudoir Prep Guide and Lingerie Shopping Guide. The Lingerie Guide will help you shop for the perfect outfits to match your body type and includes links to some of my favorite places to shop! In addition, you will have access to the Honey & Gold Client closet. This closet is forever growing because I may have a shopping problem! The client closet consists of over 200 pieces from S-5X and even includes body jewelry. 

do i have to share my images online?

am i required to go nude?

is hair and makeup included?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! There are 3 model release options that you sign after you session. While many women feel amazing and want to show off their pictures to the world, there are also others who choose to keep their images entirely for themselves and that is totally fine! Your privacy is of utmost importance to me! I love when clients allow me to share their images because it helps empower other women seeing everyone rock their sessions but I also respect when you don't want me to share at all! This will be entirely up to you!

NOPE! Everything is based on your comfort level! Prior to your shoot, I will send a questionnaire which asks about your comfort level in terms of lingerie and nudity. I shoot everything from more comfy looks and implied nudes and if you decide you want to bare more, we can totally do that too!

Hair and makeup is included in all of our boudoir shoots! I believe that it is very important for you to feel pampered from the moment you arrive for your shoot, and hair and makeup done is a great way to do that! Our amazing glam team can help you complete your look, whether that’s “I just woke up like this” or full glam! You can bring in ideas or inspiration pictures for your makeup and we can try to match that look! If you choose to not take advantage of these services, the booking fee does not change. I promise you're in a great hands! Let yourself be pampered for a day!

do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I do offer pre-payment plans! Pre-paying allows you to pay over time, without stress about finances during your session! It simplifies the process and most LOVE having the choice to spread their investment out over time! Pre-paying also unlocks Boudie Bonuses (Angel wings, Shower set, 50 Shadest, etc). My pre-payment plans are fully customizable by you and are zero percent interest.

what types of products do you offer and are digitals included?

We offer a variety of gorgeous products including luxe albums, beautiful metal wall art, prints, digitals and much more!  There are many ways to get your digtial files...You can choose a premade collection that includes all or some of your digital files, an all-inclusive digital collection or just purchase all your digitals as an a la carte option. 

i want to do this but i'm nervous af! is this normal?

TOTALLY NORMAL!! First off, we will start to get to know each other long before you even step foot in the studio. I love to do video consultations to walk you through what to expect the day of your shoot. This give you a chance to "meet me" and is a great to help build your comfort level with me. When you book your session, I will also send you various guides that help prepare you for the shoot. Lastly, I am always there to answer your questions...trust me, you are not bothering me!

Ultimately, the day of your shoot, you may have the same uninhibited feeling one has when jumping off a high dive into a deep end pool when booking your shoot. It's scary at first but the MOMENT you get going it's like, "OH MY GOD - that was so fun, what was I seriously so scared of?!" 

You just need to have that initial moment of bravery and book your shoot! Then I just ask you relax, have fun and let me take care of the rest!
